I have been engaged for several years in leadership positions within a global American petrochemical company initially in the area of Customer Service for France and Italy, later in Public Affairs and Communications for the Czech Republic. Since 2009 I have been interested simultaneously in professional coaching. I cooperated with the international organization NeuroLeadership Group, Ltd. as a coach and an assessor. I had been gradually building up my knowledge and in 2012 I obtained a degree of ACC (Associate Certified Coach), an international certification for coaches awarded by International Coach Federation, U. S.

In 2013 I founded JJ Coaching, Ltd. in order to go forward and to have the possibility to contribute to the personal development of owners of small to large businesses with predominant focus on team’s performance and personal motivation. I also have had the possibility to work and focus on foreign clients, especially female leaders from companies such as IBM, HP and Shell.

I also enjoy working with individuals and I support females in management positions.

I cannot offer more than what I know from my own experience and what I believe in. I foster developing the potential of every human being who has their goal, willingness and power to go forward and create new values.

I am a member of an international association Business and Professional Women as I believe that the common force of successful women represent the key catalyst for our future economy.

I participate actively in charity fundraising and I am an honorary member of the local NGO Ethical Education o. p. s. that co-works with AmCham supporting the program ASET (Adopt the school for the ethics).

I like downhill skiing and tennis; I am fond of modern Art and hiking in the mountains.
