Koučování od Jitky je pro mne rozhodně zajímavá a důležitá zkušenost. První setkání jsem absolvoval s obavou, zda to bude mít vůbec nějaký význam. Ale po pár minutách jsem věděl, že to rozhodně není ztráta času. Jitka je velmi sympatický kouč a má vzácný dar motivovat a nakopnout!!! To bylo pro mne nesmírně důležité a zcela přirozenou cestou jsem byl naveden řešit odkládané problémové situace efektivně a zároveň efektně. A i díky koučinku jsem provedl zásadní změny ve své agentuře. Dále se budu rád s Jitkou setkávat, inspirace a entuziasmus, které mám po setkání, jsou pro mě drogou!
Jitka is a great coach. She was very patient during our sessions and helped me in orientation on my own way, gently monitoring my self-integrity. She is open to discuss both very strategic and very practical topics whenever they are relevant to the oveall goals. Personally, I was surprised by my progress under her coaching and I am glad we can be in touch also after the first intensive coaching series.
